WOXX (simulcasted on WXXO-104.5) is a hot adult contemporary music radio station in Franklin, Pennsylvania and is branded as Kiss FM. The Kiss FM studios are located in the Downtown Mall in Meadville, PA along with sister stations Froggy, WUZZ, and WMGW.

With exception to jockless overnights and the Sunday syndicated programs, Kiss FM prides itself on always being live and local. Voicetracking is rarely used on the station, occasionally being used for the early Saturday morning shift. Even weekends are live and local.
