96.9 - WOUR - The Rock Of Central New York is a rock music radio station operated by Clear Channel Broadcasting. It's also a far reaching FM radio station that can be heard clearly for 90 miles or more. The most of any radio station, AM or FM in Utica, NY.
WOUR, has the tallest tower on Smith Hill. Located about 5 miles north east out of Utica, New York. It is running 19.5 kW ERP from three bays at 791 feet abover average terrain. The tower also has antennas for WPNY and W53AM, of which it is a translator for WFXV.
