It was never as fun as Sanctuary...

[edit] stub

Is this still a stub? Dandin1 20:33, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Warrior

Warrior is hardly considered the tank of the MUD. Warriors are well known to be underpowered and any newbie coming to this as a reference for a good class to go for being abs will think that a warrior is acceptable. That's not a good idea in my mind.

[edit] merge to CircleMUD games

This was suggested back in July, except there is no such article CircleMUD games. Did you mean merge to CircleMUD? Or are you suggesting to create an article or list of the games? Either way, probably a merge tag and/or discussion at CircleMUD games would be useful.Lisamh 17:58, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

I have removed the merge tag, as by October it had gained one comment (in opposition), and the article still does not exist. I will ask the original poster for clarification. -- nae'blis 15:05, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] References

An article of this length really needs some external sources; however fan/clan websites are not acceptable for the vast majority of this stuff. Gaming magazines, reputable gaming websites, the MUD's own website for certain factual information like opening date - please help! -- nae'blis 15:05, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

Happy to help, not sure how though as I'm not teribly familiar with the wiki way of doing things. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.135.153.81 (talk • contribs) 18:49, November 16, 2006 (UTC)

Excellent, 86.135 (may I call you 86.135?) - what we really need are some verifiable, independent sources for some of this information. Some things we can take from the game/website itself usually, like creator's name (so long as it's not in dispute), date it opened, etc. Any media coverage in gaming or technology sections would be good. A mention in the press, maybe related to the series itself, would be excellent as well. Something to start establishing the veracity of what is said, outside of just what the game itself says about itself (a primary source). I've never played myself, but I expect the site managers/creators have kept a record of any of these that players have found, which would be easier than trying a Google search... -- nae'blis 00:12, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
