[edit] new addition to article
"The main page for the Region official website indicates that Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and Somalia are within the bounds of the region. [1]" I have looked all over that website and cannot find that same reference. Chris 16:28, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
