Worthington Township is one of 18 townships in Richland County, Ohio, United States. It is part of the Mansfield, Ohio Metropolitan Statistical Area.
It borders the following Richland County townships:
- Monroe (north)
- Washington (northwest tip)
- Jefferson (west)

- Pike and Brown in Knox County, Ohio (south)
- Hanover in Ashland County, Ohio (east)
