The 1993 Embassy World Snooker Championship took place at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield between the 16 April and 3 May 1993. The final stands out for the fact that Hendry annihilated White in the final 18-5 in what was his greatest performance at the Crucible, steamrollering White with absolutely flawless snooker to which Jimmy had no answer to.
