World Entertainment War was a US rock band on the MCA label in the early 1990's that featured groove-centric music with intricate lyrics of a political and often humorous nature.

This album is the only one currently available. It features the songs from the self titled album plus two unreleased tracks, apparently recorded at the same time as the self titled album but not included. The track order is different, and some of the songs have different titles as well.

World Entertainment War's albums was nominated for a "Bammie", California's version of the Grammies. They were managed by Bill Graham (promoter) until his death in 1991.
