The Workers' Party for Socialism (Spanish: Partido de Trabajadores por el Socialismo, PTS) is a Trotskyist political party in Argentina. It was founded in 1988, as the first schism of the Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) (a trotskyist party leaded by Nahuel Moreno until his death). Within the next 4 years, the MAS would split in more than 20 groups. The PTS has no congressional representation. The number of voters for this party in 2003's parliamentary election was 42,331 (about 0.25%). In 1999's presidential election the party had obtained 43,911 votes (about 0.23%).
