Workbrain is a Canadian Information Technology company which develops, implements and supports web-based workforce management solutions for scheduling, time, attendance and leave management, shift bidding and trading, employee self-service, performance management, and real-time analytics.[1] Their offerings help large organizations optimally plan, deploy manage and measure their workforces. The Workforce management solutions are used to automate labor forecasting, employee schedule optimization, time and attendance, employee self-service and workforce analytics. The solutions also automate complex workforce management processes such as workforce planning and budgeting.[2]

Ranked on Profit Magazine's annual Hot 50 list of Canada's top emerging growth companies for two years in a row, Workbrain's solutions are now recognized as the industry standard by providing instant cost savings and productivity enhancements to Global 2000 companies.[3]

On 2 April 2007, Workbrain announced that it will be acquired by Infor Global Solutions European Finance, the world's largest private software company and third largest enterprise software provider.[4]
