Word of the Day is an episode of the TV series Rugrats that aired during the 5th season. It first premiered on December 20, 1998.

Angelica is wanting to audition for her favorite TV show, Miss Carol's Happy House, so she begs her parents to help her to do so. She is at the audition and manages to sneak into the hallway, where Miss Carol and her secretary, Miss Stephanie, are discussing the aspects of her show. Angelica listens to Miss Carol when she says,"She thinks they're all little...(then is interrupted by a random sound effect)." Angelica is practicing at her home when her mother, Charlotte asks, "What does Miss Carol think of her kids?" Angelica tells Charlotte, "She thinks we're all little...(a jackhammer is outside, and then Charlotte screams)." Every time this sentence is uttered, a random sound effect plays or Charlotte screams. Angelica says the sentence to her father and he says that she can not perform on her show, but a little later Angelica apologizes (being truly sincere for once) to her parents, who decide to let be on the show. At the show, Miss Carol asks Angelica the question that results in Angelica telling her the answer with the bad word, resulting in Charlotte screaming. Miss Carol admits that she thinks that and then her secretary takes over the show.

Angelica: She thinks we're all little...
Charlotte: AAAAAAAAAAAAUGH!
Drew: OH NO!
Miss Carol: That's it! Get her out! Get her out of here!
Angelica: But THAT'S WHAT YOU SAID! YOU SAID IT, Miss Carol!
Miss Carol: You're right! You're right, you know that? You're right! I've said it before and I'll say it again! Hahahaha! YOU ARE ALL LITTLE...(beeps)
Angelica: See? See? She did say it!
