I strongly oppose this move. The formal name of the company includes the PLC designation. In fact, looking at their latest results we should be moving it to The Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries, PLC. In Wikipedia we should be aiming for accuracy. The history of brewing in the UK and the rest of the world is a tangled web of company buy-outs, mergers and take-overs, and we should make every attempt to be as precise as possible in recording these corporate changes. In the UK in particular, the facts are complicated by the Government rules that separated the brewing trade from the licensed trade, and similar sounding companies could have totally different functions.
