As so often, this school's entry reads like a prospectus, and in fact much of the material is drawn directly from the school's website. Is there another povint of view around? Richard Pinch 07:10, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Another point of view?

The place is colloquially known as "Virgin Valley", although I've been out with a couple of girls from there and I'd venture to say that the name is not entirely accurate.
Still, in my opinion, it's a damn good school.

Perhaps, but that is true of EVERY all-girl school. I think Rchard was asking for a different point of view OTHER than the standard teen horndog POV. :) --Bill W. Smith, Jr. 16:32, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

Right, Smith. You missed a couple of things there.
Before anyone says that I'm being confrontational, I'd like to point out that I'm responding to this: "I think Rchard (sic) was asking for a different point of view OTHER than the standard teen horndog POV", which is simply rather unpleasant.
I added some information to the article: namely, the 'Virgin Valley" nickname. I'm sure you could look it up if were not too busy criticising others. In the article, one could imagine this sort of thing being included in a 'Trivia" section. Trivia like this is also part of the standard form of an encyclopedia.
I added something that was not there.
The second thing I did was to make a joke about it: IMAO I earned the right by adding to the article.
So are you just gonna twiddle your thumbs and flame, or contribute?
Incidentally, when you say: "Perhaps, but that is true of EVERY all-girl school", (by which you must mean the "Virgin Valley" name), in a sense you're actually wrong. Benenden School.
Wycombe Abbey.
Cheltenham Ladies College.
I could tell you the nicknames of all of these schools and more, because either my cousins have attended them, my friend's sisters go there or because I've had some kind of assignation there, but only one school I know has the specific nickname "Virgin Valley" or "VV".
The reason it is - so far - not included in the article is most likely because of the exact point that Richard Pinch was making: the article is partisan and lacks neutrality, and was probably entered here by school staff - the "VV" thing is not the kind of information they would add.
So the next time you jump up onto your high horse, check again.
It may be a mule.

[edit] Perfect School - probably not...

I've edited this page purly on the fact that it has been used as an advert for the school rather then a factual peice of evidence poeple arn't going to trust it as a reliable source if its full of information on how brilliant it is. For instance I had to add some information about price fixing - this information should be on all of the fifty schools.
