WNCY "Y100" is a country music station licensed to Neenah-Menasha, Wisconsin, with studios located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The station broadcasts at 100.3 MHz, on the FM dial. WNCY is owned and operated by Midwest Communications, which owns six other radio stations in Northeast Wisconsin. WNCY's studios are located in the WBAY building in downtown Green Bay. WNCY's transmitter is located in the town of Ledgeview on Scray's Hill.
On July 18, 2006, Midwest Communications broke ground on their new, $4.725 Million facility in Bellevue. The facility will be located on the WNFL tower site on Bellevue Street. WNCY and the six other Midwest Communications stations in Northeast Wisconsin will move to the new facility in the Summer of 2007.[1]

100.3 was WEMI-FM at 100.1 until it moved to its current frequency in 1995 and started their country format.
