WMDM-FM is an alternative rock station broadcasting at 97.7 FM, and is currently called "The Rocket." It used to be "Power 97.7fm" with a contemporary format. It then switched to classic rock before a country format "97.7 The Bay" (Bay Country). It switched to Oldies in mid 2001, and is owned by SOMAR.
