Wladimir Ramon Balentien (born July 2, 1984 in Willemstad, Curacao) is a left fielder for the Seattle Mariners. Balentien was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Mariners in 2003. He has spent the last 4 years in the minor leagues, playing for the Arizona Mariners, Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, Inland Empire 66ers, and San Antonio Missions Balentien is currently on the 40-man roster for the Mariners. Wladimir resides in Willemstad, Curacao.
