WKND is a radio station operating on 1230 licensed to the city of Manchester, CT. The transmitter site is in Manchester while the studios are in Hartford. WKND is owned by Freedom Communications which also owns WLAT (910) Hartford/New Britain and WNEZ (1480) Windsor.

WKND operates day and night with a 1,000 watt signal and has an urban format.
