[edit] Replaced my article

I deleted the article I wrote before, but I have decided to put it back up.

If someone can inform me on how I can put pictures on my hard drive of the NPC races up (which are copyrighted, though this doesn't stop other gaming articles from doing it) without the usual swarm of Wikipedia editor brownshirts swooping in, I would appreciate it.

• Go to Special:Upload and include license tag and fair use rationale with the image so they shouldn't be deleted. Also they have to be low-res images. Check examples from video game featured articles. --Mika1h 18:23, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
  • Thank you, Mika. I've followed your advice and put the pictures back up in GIF format, with hopefully correct copyright info. I wish more people were as helpful and kind as you around here.
