Withrow, Minnesota - A unique mixture of Country & Quality. It was once a railroad town of the early 1900's. What remains is Sal's Angus Grill (Formerly Woody's Bar & Grill (Formerly Keystone Lounge, (Formerly the One Potata Trading Post))), the Withrow Ballroom and Withrow Elementary School (Part of the Stillwater School District; Independent School District 834) and a handful houses. The area is located Northeast of White Bear Lake; Northwest of Stillwater. "Downtown" withrow is now split into the cities of Hugo, Grant and the Township of May Minnesota. Located in Washington County, Minnesota near County Road 15 (Manning Ave), and County Road 7 (122nd St N), on County road 9 (Keystone Ave). The area is now a rural farming, bedroom community of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan area.
