With Approval (born 1986 in Ontario is a Thoroughbred racehorse who won the Canadian Triple Crown in 1989 under jockey Don Seymour. He finished second in the 1990 Breeders' Cup Turf and the Arlington Million. He was retired from racing after the 1990 season and currently stands at stud at Landwades Stud in Moulton, Suffolk, United Kingdom. He is is the damsire of Miesque's Approval, winner of the 2006 Breeders' Cup Mile.

In 1993, With Approval was inducted into the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame.

As a stallion, he sired Talkin Man, the 1994 Canadian Champion 2-Year-Old Colt and 1995 Wood Memorial Stakes winner who in turn sired Better Talk Now, the 2004 winner of the Breeders' Cup Turf.
