[edit] Plot
A guest brings out an Ouija board at a party and the guest decide to attempt to contact a spirit for fun. The spirit that appears is actually an evil spirit impersonating the spirit that was contacted. Warnings are made not to use the board alone, but a woman decides to use the board anyway. She soon becomes harassed by the evil spirit who wants to possess her so he can walk the earth again.

- The cameraman's shadow visible during a close-up of the hatchet lying on the sheetrock.
- Malfaitor strikes Brandon vertically on the forehead with the axe, but when Jim finds him, the wound is horizontal across Brandon's face.
- When Zarabeth is being chased up stairs by the as yet unidentified spirit, you can see the shadow of a cameraman and a boom mic.
