A guest brings out an Ouija board at a party and the guest decide to attempt to contact a spirit for fun. The spirit that appears is actually an evil spirit impersonating the spirit that was contacted. Warnings are made not to use the board alone, but a woman decides to use the board anyway. She soon becomes harassed by the evil spirit who wants to possess her so he can walk the earth again.

The cameraman's shadow visible during a close-up of the hatchet lying on the sheetrock.
Malfaitor strikes Brandon vertically on the forehead with the axe, but when Jim finds him, the wound is horizontal across Brandon's face.
When Zarabeth is being chased up stairs by the as yet unidentified spirit, you can see the shadow of a cameraman and a boom mic.
