Dont if you can add but the WA Government(western Power) disconnected power to the town site on 1st May 2006, this was the last service being provided to residents. Gnangarra 01:05, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

The Geoscience Australia website offers a distance calculator. It is a bit hard to use but can be considered the authoritative authority on distances. It puts the distance between Wittenoom and Perth at 1106 km, rather than the 1644 km listed here. I will correct. Snottygobble 04:48, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
