Wistow is a small town, just outside Mount Barker, on Wellington Road. It is a town formed around the interesction of Wellington Road (Mount Barker to Wellington) and Strathalbyn Road (Wistow to Strathalbyn)
It is home to a deli, a hall and a church. The deli also has two petrol pumps available for vehicle refuelling.
