[edit] The novel

If I were to write up a bit about Craig Shaw Gardner's novel based on the game, should I include it as a subsection of this article, or give it a page of its own? There are a number of substantial differences between the two that I think are of interest. Squidd 14:26, 20 Jun 2005 (UTC)

If it is enough to make it more than a stub, make it its own article and include it in the "See also" section. If it's pretty short, just make a new section for it on this page. Just my $.02... Frecklefoot | Talk 19:15, Jun 20, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Table of wishes

Personally, I don't like the table that has been added. It makes little sense to those who haven't played the game, and looks too much like hints for those who are playing the game. In short, I don't think it adds much to the article to list exactly where each object is found and where its associated wish comes in handy. However, I don't want to delete it without asking for a discussion first. - DynSkeet * Talk 19:38, 1 August 2006 (UTC)

I haven't played the game, but it doesn't bother me (much). — Frecklefoot | Talk 19:57, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
I don't like it. I don't think we should have detailed hints on games. Why not a complete walkthough? IMHO, it's not encylopedic. Ntsimp 20:48, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
It struck me as a bit odd, appearing just below the sentence "These objects and their relations to the wishes are described in the feelies as a form of copy protection." Not that Wishbringer is a hot subject of piracy these days, but it seems conspicuously... conspicuous. - DynSkeet * Talk 20:49, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
