Winnsboro Independent School District

Winnsboro Independent School District is a public school district based in Winnsboro, Texas, United States.
Located in northeastern Wood County, the district extends into southeast Hopkins and southern Franklin counties.
Winnsboro ISD has three campuses - Winnsboro High (Grades 9-12), Memorial Middle (Grades 5-8), and Winnsboro Elementary (Grades PK-4)
[edit] Extracurricular activities
Winnsboro ISD has been a recognized school in the state for its Athletic Girls Basketball Program, and other achievements which include superior Taks Scores in all the subjects. Many other organizations are being developed, including the band program. Band director, Paul Bramlett, has been pushing the program to its limits, and it is expected to grow in the next incoming years.
