The Winnipeg Public Library is a public library service that is provided by the municipality of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

  • Henderson Library, 1-1050 Henderson Highway

  • Munroe Library, 489 London Street
  • West End Library, 823 Ellice Avenue (but planed to be moved to 999 Sargent Avenue by 2008)[3]
  • Millennium Library, 251 Donald Street (opened November 8, 2005, after renovations)

[edit] Former Branches

  • William Branch, William Avenue. Was Main Branch until Centennial Library opened in the 1970s. It is one of three Carnegie libraries in Winnipeg, and currently functions as the City Archives.
  • Coronation Branch. Was one of two branches in the St. Boniface Library system. It was replaced in the late 1980s by the St. Boniface Branch.
