Winnipeg City Route 150 (locally known as St. Anne's Rd.) is a city route in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It runs from Winnipeg City Route 52 (St. Mary's Rd.) to the Perimeter Highway (where it meets with Manitoba Provincial Road 300).
This principal arterial road serves as a connector between the Southeastern communities and St. Mary's Rd. to downtown Winnipeg. A small part of the route is multiplexed with Manitoba Provincial Highway 1/Trans-Canada Highway. The speed limit is 60 km/h (40 mph) for the most part, except approaching the Perimeter, where it increases to 70 km/h (45 mph).
