Wings Hauser

Wings Hauser (born Gerald Dwight Hauser on 12 December 1947) is an American actor, director and film writer. Born in Hollywood, California, he is the son of actor, director Dwight Hauser (19111969) and the brother of actor Erich Hauser.

Wings Hauser first attracted notice in 1977 in the soap opera The Young and the Restless as J. D. Hauser. He has appeared in 41 television series, including recurring roles in Beverly Hills 90210, Murder, She Wrote and Roseanne. In 1983 he wrote, and produced the Paramount Box-office Hit, "Uncommon Valor."

Hauser has also managed to sustain an eclectic movie career, highlighted by rather eccentric, intense character portrayals in movies such as Vice Squad, Deadly Force, No Safe Haven, and Tough Guys Don't Dance.

Hauser is married to actress Cali Hauser.

In 1975 Wings Hauser released an album for RCA with title, Your Love Keeps Me Off the Streets. For this LP he used the name Wings Livinryte. [1]
