Winfrith Hundred was a hundred in the county of Dorset, England, containing the following parishes:
- Coombe Keynes
- East Lulworth
- East Stoke
- Moreton (part)
- Owermoigne (later a separate liberty)
- Poxwell
- Warmwell
- Watercombe (from 1858)
- Winfrith Newburgh
- Woodsford
