Wine Institute

The Wine Institute is the public policy advocacy organization of 1021 California wineries. Its mission is "to initiate state, federal, and international public policy to enhance the environment for the responsible consumption and enjoyment of wine."

The institute's home office is in San Francisco, with offices in Sacramento, Washington DC, six regions of the US, and seven foreign countries. It also oversees the work of 45 state contract consultants.
