Windows Live Help Community is part of Microsoft's Windows Live services that provides a collection of forums and message boards for people to communicate with other users about Windows Live services. It aims to provide support for Windows Live services and products. Users can ask and answer questions, as well as share their experiences and feedback on the services and products.
Currently only Windows Live Custom Domains is available for discussion on the website.
There are now six channels for Windows Live users to obtain support and provide feedback:
- Windows Live Account - Help Central
- Windows Live Account - Feedback
- Windows Live QnA
- Windows Live Help Community
- Windows Live Message Boards
- Windows Live public newsgroups

Windows Live Help Community directly interfaces with Windows Live Help. For Windows Live services that support this feature, users can search within both community threads and Microsoft authored help contents. Currently only Windows Live Help Community's own help articles support this feature.
