Winchester Hotel is a historic hotel in east end Toronto and an area known as Cabbagetown. Since the 1960s, the once proud hotel was pretty much abandoned despite a re-birth of neighbourhood. Located on Parliament Street north of Gerrard Street, the hotel is being renovated with a Tim Hortons' located on the ground floor. A new Laurentian Room has been added to attract upscale clientle.
