Win-win strategy

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A win-win strategy is any strategy that allows both, or all, parties involved in a negotiation or another activity to be successful to a degree.

[edit] Conflict resolution

In conflict resolution a win-win strategy is a conflict resolution process that aims to accommodate all disputants. The principled negotiation developed by Roger Fisher is such a strategy.

The concept of win win is also made popular by author Stephen Covey in his book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Covey list it as habit number 4 Think Win/Win - Principles of interpersonal leadership. [1]
