Interwiki

I add the interwiki, what is the problem?--Eloy=200.122.46.157 07:17, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Your interwiki link led to an non-exist category in es. Also, please log in when you edit your userpage/user talk that way because it is easily being regard as vandalism if you edit anonymously. --WinHunter (talk) 07:22, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Vandal Fighting

Hi, use {{subst:test4}} as a final warning so the user gets the message. Just had to say after seeing User_talk:The_pen_is_mightier. Test4 also warrants a definate reason for an admin to block the user if they vandalise again afterwards. Keep up the good work.--Andeh 08:32, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Help Desk archive

Hi. I noticed that you have manually archived the Help Desk up to 30 June 2006. However, the usual practice is to retain questions on the main page for a week before archiving. Is there a particular reason that you wanted to archive the remaining June pages? It would be useful to discuss this so that we are all following the same method of archiving in future. Thanks. :) Road Wizard 18:15, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

My RFA

Thank you for your vote in my RFA, which succeeded with a final tally of 66-0-4. If there's anything I can help you with now that I'm an admin, please let me know on my talk page. Again, thanks! Mangojuicetalk 20:52, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

RSPB

I appreciate that you don't want content deleted, but all I did was change the hyperlink so that instead of 'as of 2001', the hyperlink was '2001'. I think that it is more appropriate to get rid of 'as of' from the hyperlink, as the link is to a page called '2001', not 'as of 2001'.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 88.106.129.252 (talkcontribs) 14:59, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

World Cup Sponsorship AfD

Hi, I just wanted to tell you that I’ve made some rather large additions to 2006 FIFA World Cup sponsorship and would appreciate if you could take a look at them and possibly reconsider your comment at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2006 FIFA World Cup sponsorship. I thought it was a worthy topic, even though it had a wretched article, so I added information about revenue and the sponsorship process, the sponsor related controversies of this World Cup (tickets distribution, Budweiser in Germany, Mcdonalds at a sporting event), and took out the copyvios. Please take a look. Thanks! Vickser 19:43, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Re: Your block on User:216.16.246.124

I noticed your block on the said IP. I understand that the IP is an open proxy, but this is the advised proxy server posted on Wikipedia:Advice to Tor users in China so that Chinese users can connect to Wikipedia. Indef blocking this proxy may prevent users from China to create accounts and/or editing. --WinHunter (talk) 16:05, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

I cannot find any reference to that open proxy (or to any open proxy, in fact) on that page; the only links on it are to the Wikimedia SSL server (which is not an open proxy). --cesarb 16:09, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
