Firstly this needs a source, and secondly; so a purported gypsy gave a few villagers lead poisoning, does that really constitute a curse? M A Mason 18:42, 27 December 2005 (UTC)

A google search and a scan through the parish council website has yielded nothing relating to a "curse". Can anyone shed any light on how it got included; is it a purely word of mouth, local type thing? M A Mason 19:30, 27 December 2005 (UTC)
I live near this village and I don't know about a curse. Reading through books on the village also comes up with nothing.

Also, is the information regarding the buses necessary in an encyclopedia? Would a link to [1] be more appropriate, as the information there is reguarly updated? Ilikeyourdorkiness 3 January 2006
