Not sure what the appropriate licence template message is for this file. It's a screenshot of a Dialog Box popping up in Microsoft Internet Explorer. The text in the box is written by the bad people at winfixer.com, who are no doubt unhappy about any of the information in the Winfixer being available. But presumably they can't claim copyright.
This is a screenshot of copyrighted computer software with a web-based user interface, and the copyright for its contents is most likely held by the author(s) or the company that created the software. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots:
