Wim Arras(born 07.02.1964 in Lier) was a Belgian cyclist who was specialized in sprinting. He won Paris-Brussels and seemed to gain international fame on his 24th birthday.[citation needed] His cyclingcareer ended abrubtly when he had to retire, due to a motorcycle accident in 1990
