Wilmer Raynel Neal Velasquez (born 28 April 1972 in San Pedro Sula, Cortés) is a Honduran football player. He currently plays for Club Deportivo Olimpia.

Velasquez is currently the all-time top goalscorer in the Honduran National Football League and for a long time was the first and only to reach 148 goals, until Denilson Costa reached more than 150 goals in 2006 playing with Club Deportivo Platense.

In 2005, Wilmer Velasquez was placed in second place, just behind the Brazillian player Adriano Leite Ribeiro,18 goals, as the top scorer on league and national team by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics with 15 goals.[citation needed]

Velásquez played in Mexico without any fortune and returned to Honduras.
