[edit] Two Cousin's Pasta Grill

Founded in 2001 under the name Two Cousin's Pasta Grill, Cero and Willie Cantos moved from Long Beach, New York to Grafton, MA to start up their own pizzeria. Willie used his prior experience as a line cook at the Outback Restaurant to help jump start his new venture. Together with his cousin, Cero, Willie vowed to bring "the best" York Style pizza to New England. Two Cousin's, located at 135 Westboro Road in North Grafton, MA offered a variety of dining styles. One half of the restaurant was devoted to casual and elegant dining with a mellow atmosphere, similar to that of an Italian ristorante. The other half of the restaurant consisted of a bar, large function room, and a stage. Here, groups were able to reserve the room for private events or just join in on Open Mike Night.

[edit] Willie's Pasta Grille and Pizzeria

In 2004, Cero Cantos decided to leave the pizza venture. Without his cousin to help run the business, Willie Cantos chose to change the name to Willie's Pasta Grille and Pizzeria. Aside from the slight name change, Willie decided to keep the restaurant exactly the same as when it was run under the Two Cousin's name. On April 1st, Willie's Pasta Grille and Pizzeria temporarily closed. They plan to re-open soon at a new location in Worcester, Massachusetts.
