Williamsville South High School is one of the three high schools in Williamsville located in the Williamsville Central School District, outside of Buffalo, New York.

Williamsville South's Athletic Department offers a variety of sports offering competition at the modified, JV, and varsity levels.

South's Varsity Hockey team advanced to the NYSPHAA State Semifinals in 2006.^{[citation needed]}
