William Warren Conolly (5 December 1920-?) was a politician in the Cayman Islands.

In 1958 he founded the Cayman Vanguard Party, which dissolved soon after founded. Conolly later became deputy president of the National Democratic Party

He was appointed to the Cayman Islands first Legislative Assembly in 1959 by the Jamacian Governor Sir Kenneth Blackburne.
