William R. Conner

William R. Conner (born 1944) is an aeronautical engineer and a retired major in the United States Air Force. He is the 2006 Democratic challenger to U.S. Representative David L. Hobson in Ohio's 7th congressional district.
Conner received bachelor's (1967) and master's (1968) degrees in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University. He served in the Air Force from 1963-83 and worked as a self-employed software consultant after that. He now provides consulting services through the Ben Graham Corporation.
