William H. Lacy (born in 1945) was the CEO of MGIC Investment 1987-99. Mr. Lacy is a Director of American Capital Access (ACA Capital) and Ocwen Financial Corp. He also serves on the Audit Committee of Ocwen Financial Corp.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bacheloar degree in Business Administration in 1968.
