William G. Pierce Middle School

William G. Pierce Middle School was opened in 1961 on North Hesperides Street in Tampa, Florida.

The school is named in honor of Tampa pioneer William Pierce who owned the land on which the school was built.

The school colors were silver, gray and orange, but is now mostly green.


The school mascot is the Archer.
