William Elliott (RAF officer)

Air Chief Marshal Sir William Elliott GCVO KCB KBE DFC and bar ADC RAF (3 June 189627 June 1971) was a senior Royal Air Force commander.

During World War II, Elliott occupied a number of senior posts in the RAF, including Air Officer Commanding RAF Gibraltar and Air Officer Commanding the RAF's Balkan Air Force.
