Willer Souza Oliveira (born November 18, 1979) is a Brazilian football player.

Oliveira played for Brazilian club Itapipoca Esporte Clube, Argentinian club Independiente in 2001 and for Russian clubs FC Anzhi Makhachkala (36 matches, 2 goals) in 2002-2004, FC Dynamo Bryansk (42 matches) in 2004-2005, Luch Vladivostok (has matches only for Luch-2) in 2005-2006. He is now playing for Russian FC Oryol(Loan from Luch Vladivostok) which plays the in the Russian First Division . "Willer plays as the God, but does not play for the team!" (Gadzhi Gadzhiev) Possesses many receptions typical for the Brazilian player. But unfortunately plays with ball too much and loses it. Besides he is not strong physically. For this reason he does not be fixed at a high level in Russia. Beginning the Russian career in Anzhi he has not managed to convince then coach Gadzhiev of his the necessity. He has shown beautiful and effective game and the Luch has left in next round where has got on Spartak Moscow. As a result Luch has left in Russian Premier League by the end of a season 2005. But in Russian Premier League for Luch Willer has not played, more often playing for the second team where not time scored.
