Will On Ice is the eleventh episode of season one of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

In the week of his birthday, Will worries that Grace and Jack dislike each other, until they discover a mutual interest in figure skating. So after Karen secures reservations at a ritzy restaurant for Will's birthday, he is devastated to agree to accompany Grace and Jack to a night of Champions on Ice which is on the same night. As the night goes on, Grace and Jack's bonding gets increasingly on Will's nerves, becoming yet another birthday of his that ends up being lived for everyone else.
