Will May

Will May (born in the United Kingdom) is a composer and poet based in Oxford. His poem Anonymous was the 2004 winner of the Lord Alfred Douglas Memorial Prize. He has completed commissions for the City of London Festival and the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, and has also had his work performed on BBC Radio 3. May was also commissioned by the Islington Choral Society to write All Over the Earth, which was given a world premiere performance in 2005, as a part of the Making Music 'Adopt-a-Composer' program.
