The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers are a professional arena football team. They are a 2002 expansion member of af2 and play their home games at Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Johnny Unitas was one of the charter owners of the franchise.
