Wilhelm Bennet von Schulte (July 1, 1821August 13, 1894) was a German cartographer and historian.

He was born in the city of Marienburg in the then Province of West Prussia, now Malbork in Poland.

During his life he created many maps with historical content, and worked together with other cartographers such as August Petermann on Stielers Handatlas and Andrees Allgemeiner Handatlas.

His own atlas, Bennet's kleiner Geschichtsatlas, was never published through lack of interest from the publishers.

On August 13, 1894, Wilhelm Bennet von Schulte died in Berlin at the age of 73 and is buried there in the Marzahn cemetery.
