Wilber Pan (Traditional Chinese: 潘瑋柏; Simplified Chinese: 潘玮柏; pinyin: Pān Wěibò, born 6 August 1980), also known as Will Pan, is a popular Taiwanese singer, rapper and drama actor, who started his career as a host of Channel V programs. Pan was born in West Virginia, United States and later moved to Taiwan at the age of seven. He attended Taipei American School and graduated in 1999. Because of his multicultural background, he is fluent in both Mandarin and American English. Before launching his acting and singing career, he attended California State Polytechnic University in the United States. He has still retained his dual citizenship in the U.S.A. and Taiwan. He is also famous for doing several cover songs of other artists. His latest album, released in 2006, is Around the World (反轉地球). His most successful song "Have to Love" is a remake of the Korean song "Please Tell Me Why", originally recorded by rap artist Freestyle.

He is currently featured in advertisements for the Family Mart brand of convenience store in Taiwan.
